• If you have received faulty garment*, wrong item, color and size, email us in 14 days once you received your order at support@lookmermaid.com so we can make it right. It can happen from time to time and if it does, you will also receive a GIFT from us! That is, just to say we are sorry we messed up.
• To be eligible for a return, item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. 
• All defective or broken items will be replaced at no additional charge (all costs are covered by Look Mermaid)
• Return shipping cost is generally covered by the customer unless return shipping cost is greater than purchase value. Still, in most cases, we take care for return shipping fee by providing prepaid return labels.
